A narrative therapy approach views the problem of depression as separate from the person and assumes people have many skills, abilities, values, commitments, beliefs and competencies.

In this 1.5 hour webinar Angel Yuen will share some beginning ideas that shape Narrative Therapy and how this approach offers effective and helpful skills and practices for elevating hope by considering the broader contexts when working with stories of depression.

This webinar will be suited to anyone new to the ideas of narrative therapy and those seeking a refresher of narrative ideas in relation to stories of depression.
